A student from Bert Fox High School has been awarded a $100,000 scholarship to study at the University of Alberta’s Faculty of Science.
Bert Fox graduate Jenny Lee was selected for the Schulich Leader Scholarship by her teachers because of her outstanding academic achievement.
“I am incredibly grateful for everyone who has supported me and I’m glad my hard work has paid off,” Lee said. “This scholarship will help me achieve my goals because I can focus on my studies without financial worries, and it will also provide me with many opportunities in the future that I am looking forward to.”
Lee is the first student from Bert Fox High School to receive this scholarship.
