Are you considering a rewarding career as a school bus driver?
- Then you have come to the right spot!
Do you have a Class 5 drivers licence in Saskatchewan for at least 2 years, but have never driven a school bus?
- Great! We provide paid training to help you become successful in obtaining your S Endorsement!
What you need to do:
- Obtain a current drivers abstract detailing the last 5 years history(personal and commercial) from a local licence issuer or from your MySGI account. (access through MySGI is free!)

- Be prepared to obtain and provide a Criminal Record Check(including Vulnerable Sector Check) upon hire.
What does training involve?
- Driving a school bus with the PVSD driver trainer
- Review and understanding of School Bus Legislation
- Pre-Trip Inspection Training
- Review of Prairie Valley School Division transportation policies and procedures
- Preparation for written and road tests through SGI to obtain an 'S' endorsement
